Great customer service.

Great customer service. I had been considering purchasing this bag for about a month. The price on Lyst was a bit lower than on the site I got sent to. So, I reached out to customer support and got a fast and friendly reply. They offered me a one-time chance to buy the item at the price listed on the provider’s site and get a refund from Lyst for the price difference. True to their word, I received the refund after placing and confirming my order. Still waiting for the product, but happy with the service.

I bought some sneakers on LYST, but then got a mail that showed a bigger price than what I saw at checkout. That made me a bit confused about the order. But Luis from support was realy nice and helped me out. He told me what happned and made things clear. Because of that, I was ok with keeping the shoes. Big thanks to Luis for the help!

Your exchange policy is quite strange to say the least. I received an incorrect size and when I tried to swap it for the correct one, I learned that you don’t permit this. It’s really annoying for people like me buying online from various countries. I’m not very pleased with this situation. Now, I have to place another order and deal with your slow processes before I can receive my refund for such a simple issue. I’m not sure how I feel about this. As a first time buyer, this is making me uneasy.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem Kleidungsstück, das ich bestellt hatte, und als ich Lyst kontaktierte, antwortete Luis und stellte sicher, dass ich das Produkt bekam und hielt mich während des gesamten Prozesses auf dem laufenden. Mein Einkauf lief enttäuschend, weil anscheinend die Preise vor dem Einstellen auf der Seite nicht geprüft werden. Kyla war dagegen sehr freundlich und unterstützend.
