Alex was really good over chat. He answered quickly and paid attention to my questions. I'm not giving 5 stars because I called twice and sent an email about my problem, but got no response. Chat was the only time I got help.

Avoid Liberty Home Guard

Avoid Liberty Home Guard! The claims end up costing you more than what Liberty covers. They cover labor but not parts. I opted for an annual policy instead of monthly payments. When I wanted to cancel due to poor service, they offered me a mere $72.00 refund on a $652.00 policy. I had only one claim, and they wanted reimbursement for labor and additional fees that were unclear to me. I regret not sticking with Choice Home Warranty.

They took several weeks to complete

They took several weeks to complete a repair. Unfortunately, they refused to cover my central AC or heat, as well as my furnace. Additionally, they declined coverage for any backups caused by floods. Despite paying a significant amount for this warranty, they wouldn't address any of my issues. After requesting a refund, it's now been a month, and I haven't received anything back.
