Your prices and shipment packaging are decent.
Your prices and shipment packaging are decent. However, the cost for single coins is way too high, and the 10 oz. bar prices are excessive. I chose to buy from you because your premiums were better than others. While your service is fine, it’s comparable to other companies. It’s the pricing that retains my business. I do like that you don’t use strapping tape over the holographic mint seal on silver coin tubes, thanks.

Good price. I’d give it a 5 star, but you sent a $1,000 palladium bar without needing a signature. Fedex left it on a counter where anyone in our building could have taken it. I found it before anyone else did. If I buy another high-value item, I expect you to require a signature so only I get it. Thanks.
