Thanks Sophia for helping with my issue on time and fixing all the problems. Today 4/3/2024 Was surprised, didn't catch a flight at all. I was supposed to be in Atlanta today for a funeral but couldn't get a morning or evening flight after my reservation changed. Stuck in Chicago airport now. Very disappointed. Hoping for a refund to cancel this trip and get my money back.

I felt a bit scared using a third party to get my ticket, and thought it could be a scam, but nope haha, I reached out by email and phone, and Elicia replied super fast, and made sure me that everything was ok, and not a scam. She was really quick to respond, and her customer service was amazing. A tip for future travelers: if your booking is waiting, just give them a call and they will guide you through the whole process! Also, leave a voicemail if they don’t pick up right away, they will get back to you!

Miss Elicia Lopez was AMAZING. Not only did she resolve an issue with my charge, but she did so with kindness and patience. Let me tell you what she did: she found me a direct flight from LGA to ATL. I was initially booked for 12:30 and wouldn’t have gotten to Atlanta until late that night, but she managed to get me a flight leaving at 11:00 and arriving in Georgia by 1:00. How cool is that? I will definitely book with you again, all thanks to Elicia. She’s such a nice, helpful person, and your company is lucky to have her.
