Regrettably, a mix-up in the departure dates resulted in a missed flight deal, forcing me to shell out for an entirely new ticket. A disappointing experience, yet I must commend Sophia's efforts in customer service. She managed to refund the return flight, earning them a 5 in that regard. Despite the credit, the financial burden of purchasing a new ticket lingers, leaving a bittersweet impression overall. ;(

SCAM ALERT: LastFareDeals.com ruined our anniversary trip! This happened TO US TONIGHT! LastFareDeals.com is a TOTAL SCAM!! Do NOT trust this site with your money, your travel plans, or your peace of mind — especially for something important like an anniversary trip. They lured us in with a low fare to Oregon, and we thought we scored a deal. But minutes after booking, I got a call from someone calling himself “Nick Smith” (an Indian man, clearly using a fake name — and the email signature looked just as shady). He told us the airline booking had to be “verified” and we’d get confirmation in 24 hours — even though our flight was in just 48 hours. We had to call them the day before our flight just to get a booking number. It checked out on Alaska Airlines’ website at first. But when we tried to check in, we got a message saying the reservation was “no longer available” and could only be handled at the airport counter. At the airport, we were told our names were in the system but had been flagged as NO-FLY due to suspicious payment activity. Turns out these scammers booked our tickets with a stolen credit card, gave us the confirmation number, then canceled the card — so the booking was voided so you don’t find out until it’s too late — and the airline thinks you are the scammer. To make matters worse: • It was the LAST flight of the night. • It was already full — no open seats. • We had already paid for a rental car and hotel for the weekend. So not only were we humiliated and furious — we were stuck. Our entire anniversary weekend was falling apart. We were lucky to get back on the plane by buying brand-new tickets on the spot, at an outrageously high last-minute price, because the flight was boarding as we scrambled to rebook. Oh — and the cherry on top? After all this, “Nick Smith” had the audacity to ask us to leave a review. We told him we’d write one after everything was confirmed. Good thing we waited, because looking back, all the positive reviews for this company seem FAKE. This is a bait-and-switch scam with stolen credit cards and zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs. Report them. Warn others. They deserve to be shut down.

This company is a complete SCAM, blease do not utilize their service.. These ppl messed up 2 separate bookings this weekend.. one with a minor, 1st and foremost I had 1 booking from ATL to DTW for 3 passengers, the morning of 3 hours before my flight was to depart I get an email saying my flight was over booked, this after my money was taken, and I lost a day of my hotel reservation, a long with my rental car reservation. Then the company promised a flight the next morning. I got up to check my email for boarding passes and when I didn't see it I called customer service who told me my money was refunded and it's nothing they can do.. mins u im going to my mother funeral.. I ended up driving my own car to Detroit, however I had another booking for my daughter from FLL to DTW. Her flight arrived, luckily my family was able to pick her up.. now she had a round trip tickets to leave DTW today to find out the airline put a fraud alert on the ticket because this company used their credit card to book and rejected to pay after I paid for a full round trip tickets.. they were supposed to book an early am flight and send new boarding info which they never did after the 4 hours.. my thing is I have all the receipts and emails showing 8 paid with my own card.. DO NOT EVER USE THEM

Used lastfaredeals.com to book a flight. “Summer” booked my flight, gave me a confirmation code and said I was all set. I double checked with the airline and my flight was there. The day before I was supposed to leave, I checked to see if my flight was on-time, etc. When I looked for my reservation, it had been canceled. Called the airline and they said to check with the vendor I had booked it through. Got through to lastfaredeals.com via their chat service (because no one would answer the phone) and chatted with “Mary” who said my flight was being rebooked. “Mary” told me that I would receive a confirmation within a couple of hours. I never received a confirmation. This company TOOK MY MONEY and DID NOT REBOOK MY FLIGHT. Now I have to dispute this with my credit card company. I also had to rebook my flight, which was now more expensive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SUCH A SCAM!!

Where should I put zero 🙏🏽 ? THIS IS A SCAM Do not try. NEVER again in my life. The worst experience I had in my life. I am supposed to travel today 7/17/2024 at 3:47. I MADE MY RESERVATION WITH THEM round trip. They sent me the confirmation only for the return ticket and said they will give my departure ticket 48h before the day. I called them yesterday and they told me the fly I made the reservation for is sold out. I am now stuck with a return ticket without the departure one. I am trying to check online my family and I now have to pay at least $3000 to travel. I don't know what to do now. I have and Important even to attend. Everything was already booked there plus they used my credit card information to book a return ticket that without my confirmation because I told them I not take any one way ticket. I needed a rounded tickets.

Very unprofessional. Spammed my phone number when I first booked and attempted to cancel after reading a plethora of poor reviews. Even text my phone number and accused me of using a card that’s not mine so they claimed to not be processing it anyway AFTER I told them to cancel. A rep continued to text and accused me of using a card that’s not mine when indeed the card is mine, my bank flagged them for suspicious activity and upon that I didn’t approve to move forward with them. A SCAM. I’ve read other reviews saying they use stolen credit card information to purchase these tickets, then the rep texting my phone and randomly trying to push the narrative that I was using a card that’s not mine just doesn’t add up. Very weird very unprofessional. Just book directly with the airline; that’s what I ended up doing for the same price.

Forced to rush to Fort Lauderdale for a later flight, resulting in late arrival at a family wedding, incurring extra charges. Additionally, the replacement flight cost double the original, and the company's "courtesy discount" of $15 is laughable. Avoid if you prefer a smoother experience when booking.

I bought two discounted tickets on 2-8-24 for a 2-11-24 flight. At 11 pm, the agent informed me only one ticket was discounted. Multiple confirmation numbers were sent until my 8 am flight. On 2-10, I called at 11 pm; the lady promised a confirmed number but never called back. At 5 am, they said they had to cancel without explanation. When I asked for help finding another flight, the call was abruptly ended. Terrible experience and customer service.

Phone number is always busy. Calling and was able to contact a peron while trying ro find out about issue with reservation. Someone answered phone then called dropped. I have called back multiple and left call back number a few times along with emails with no response. Poor Customer Service. The only number registered for them is 1-800-234-9021 disappointed.

I purchased a round trip ticket, received my departure itinerary the evening before my flight. Here it is the day before my return flight home and I have no itinerary and no one answering my calls or messages.its 1:53 PM and I've been on the the damned phone since 10:00 AM.
