HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I got a prepaid sim with a plan but ended up with the same number as someone else. My calls and texts were going to a random person with the same number! To set up a self-serve account, I needed a code sent by text. To get a callback, they said they’d text me. BUT I CAN'T RECEIVE TEXTS! The guy at Cedarbrae mall where I bought the sim told me to contact customer service. They only have chat support with bots that just keep asking me to make a self-serve account. Will NEVER use Kodoo again!

I bought a new phone from Koodo Mobile
I bought a new phone from Koodo Mobile and had trouble getting my new phone/SIM card to work with the network. There were NO instructions included to show me how to do it. I had no choice but to use their terrible CHAT BOT, which didn’t understand the problem at all. All I wanted was to talk to someone to fix my tech issue. The steps you have to take just to get a call from a real person are unbelievable. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has run into this wall.

Got a new pixel phone at a higher price.
Got a new pixel phone at a higher price. The phone stops working after just 5 weeks. Koodo won’t give a replacement, and sends me to a local repair place! No real help at all.
