Kiavi was good to work with! They have a simple and easy-to-use web platform that helps the client follow their progress and see updates in real-time during the loan application, underwriting, and closing stages. Our loan agent, Kevin Brann, was amazing to work with. He stayed on top of things and responded fast whenever I had questions. I will surely be working with Kiavi again for my next investment buy.

I found Kiavi to be really good to work with
I found Kiavi to be really good to work with and liked their simple and functional platform. The Kiavi team were easy to reach and quick to reply. I had several problems with their recommended closing agent, Standard Title, especially their slow responses and bad timing. My loan didn’t fund until two weeks after the signing, and I think most of the delays could’ve been avoided. I wouldn’t usually blame Kiavi for this, but since they insist you work with Standard Title, the issues with Standard Title ended up reflecting poorly on Kiavi too.
