However, I've noticed an issue with previous loans through Tower Loan, specifically the local office in Huntsville, AL, making premature calls related to upcoming payments. As per my understanding, there's a 10-day grace period, which I've never utilized because I always pay before the due date. It's frustrating to receive payment-related calls when there's no delay. I hope this matter can be addressed across all Tower Loan offices to ensure a smoother customer experience.
