I want to share my positive experience

I want to share my positive experience with the fast reimbursement process for the services my puppy has received, whether for regular check-ups or emergencies. The system works well, and I am thankful for how quickly it is handled. That said, I believe there is room for improvement in the claims submission process. Allowing people to submit claims online would make things much easier. It would bring more convenience and be easier for users to manage.

We just started using Kanguro

We just started using Kanguro and had no idea how it functioned. We talked to Juan, a really nice person who patiently explained everything so we could get it. Now we feel way more comfortable with it than we did before our chat with him. Thanks, Juan, for all your help and time!

The prices and services are decent.

The prices and services are decent. I haven't made a claim yet to see how that part works. Customer service was quick and clear in resolving my problem with uploading my dog's records. The app is awful. It keeps crashing and won't let me upload a photo of my dog or her medical records. Replace the AI with a real developer to fix the app.

So far, I've only paid for the policy and haven’t needed to use the insurance (luckily, my dog is well). Whenever I needed routine blood tests, vaccinations, or deworming for my dog, it wasn't “covered by the insurance,” as annual vaccinations require a much higher cost. I do feel it is pricey. I’m unsure if I can keep affording it.

I'm disappointed with the company.

I'm disappointed with the company. They promised a 90% coverage but only gave back 60%, and without warning, they raised my deductible along with my insurance group. This happens every year. I'm unhappy with what they've done. Their service is okay, but that's about it. I wouldn't suggest this insurance to others.

Terrible kangaroo pet insurance

I signed up with this insurance company and they were suppose to reimburse on puppy wellness and vaccination. They were quick to take my money but no reimbursement. You can’t even talk to anyone. I called, texted, email. They are crooks.
