My husband always has cheaters everywhere – in every room, every vehicle, and at work. Sadly, he can never find a pair when he needs them! Keeping the case on the back of his phone has made things a lot easier. Like me, he never leaves without his phone. I’m very pleased with the company, their rules, and the way they operate. Every time I contacted ThinOptics about problems, they quickly replied and sent replacements. It's good to see a company that supports its products nowadays. I use my reading glasses daily and like them. They're easy to carry behind my cellphone.

Thist's comany's product is so useful, and the help they give is just amazing! It's like Chewy.com (pet food/products) with the service. No one else does it like ThinOptics, not even USAA banking.

My case had a problem, and Thin-Optics quickly fixed it for me. Good company with helpful custumer service!

They were really nice when

They were really nice when I called to tell them 1 of their products had broke and I need a new tape to attach the pod to another case. My glasses were under warranty for 6 months and they're sending me another pair along with the tape. The best part is no charge.

Disappointed with the low-quality

Disappointed with the low-quality glasses from this company. Despite claims of strength, the nose pieces and glasses frequently break. The promised "Lifetime guarantee" is nowhere to be found. The magnetic cases are a joke, constantly falling off. Currently seeking a refund and awaiting a response to my email.
