    Purchased the AirMini CPAP

    Purchased the AirMini CPAP machine bundle, and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the very next day. The build quality is outstanding, which is expected given the higher price point. Having used a full-sized CPAP for over four years, I was initially skeptical about the effectiveness and noise level of such a compact unit that fits in the palm of your hand. However, after a night of testing, I'm delighted with the results. The compact size makes it incredibly convenient for travel. Opted for the nasal pillow version, and it proved to be comfortable during use. Connecting to the Bluetooth app was a breeze and only took a minute, but it worked flawlessly. While the app offers a minimal amount of information, it does provide the essential features, including the ability to turn the device on and off as needed. Overall, a satisfying experience with this CPAP machine.

    Wow, just experienced the most amazing

    Wow, just experienced the most amazing service! The next day delivery was a game-changer for me. I recently purchased the ResMed Autosense Elite because the NHS Service couldn't assure a replacement due to the Philips recall. If only I had made this decision two years ago! The contrast between the two CPAP market leaders, ResMed and Philips, is truly remarkable. I regret procrastinating until July, but now that I have the ResMed Autosense Elite, sleep has become a dream again.

    This is about Resmed in the UK. I purchased 2 cushions for my Mirage Quattro, but one wouldn’t seal properly and kept leaking. I contacted Suzy at Resmed customer service, and she promptly sent me an email with a link for the returns form. To cut a long story short, I got a replacement within a week, without any hassle. Suzy was really friendly and very helpfull. Big thanks to everyone at Resmed UK!

    Resmed App... It takes from 20 to 60 minutes to see sleep time data in most cases. For me, it's not a problem. It's a problem Resmed IT teams need to concentrate on.

    I own a Oxyensure portable oxygen concentrator, and now that ResMed took over, it's been imposible to reach anyone for months. They still take my money every month, though. I'm really regretting this. This review is in the right place because every time I try to contact Oxyensure, it just redirects me to you, and I can't get any help from your side either.

    Customer service needs a lot of improvement.

    Customer service needs a lot of improvement. I bought a CPAP machine and accessories worth over $300, but there was no confirmation of dispatch, and nobody picked up the phone when I tried to check my order. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way.

    The customer service was very bad. I bought a cpap machine and extras, spent over $300 and got no dispatch confirmation, no one picked up when I called to check. Treating customers like that is disgraceful.

    Resmed's website boasts,

    Resmed's website boasts, "Once you see the changes in your life, you will never look back." After enduring the use of one of their devices for more than five years, I can confidently say that my life has seen no improvement whatsoever. In fact, I find that I sleep better without the CPAP strapped to my face. I received my device through the VA, and there's absolutely no chance I would willingly spend money on a CPAP.

    Customer service is really bad.

    Customer service is really bad. I bought a CPAP machine and stuff, spending over £700. But no confirmation that it was sent, and no one picks up the phone to help with my order. It's just not right treating customers like this.

    Resmed's support is very poor. It's hard to reach a person, and when you do, they often lack training or don't care. Avoid Resmed products.
