My order didn’t change status until I called after 2 weeks. However, when I did, the service desk answered quickly and promised to check on it. The next day, a service desk staff called me back to confirm they sent my order. That’s good customer service and a nice experience. This could have been a poor review, but since the team member took charge of my problem and followed through, I really appreciate it and didn’t mind the wait. Sorry, I forgot the staff member’s name, but if you look at my order and notes, you’ll see they did a good job with my issue. As I mentioned earlier, I had a good experience. The team member was truly concerned about my problem and even called me when the shipping label was made, making for a positive first-time customer experience.
