So frustrating!
So, I've been using this medication for a while now, and the first three months were honestly fantastic. But then I ordered a refill on 5/21 and, guess what? Still no sign of my six-month supply. I've talked to two different people from the company last week, sent emails, left messages—no response. It's supposed to arrive within two weeks, and now I'm stuck without it, just before our summer vacation. At first, I was really impressed with this company, but now? Not so much. If my meds don't show up next week, I'm definitely calling my credit card company to dispute the $1100 charge plus the monthly fee for when I'm out of meds.
