I began working with Intrepid just before my insurance was set to expire. Having dealt with other companies in the past, I found Intrepid’s customer service to be far superior. I can actually call someone and have a real conversation, which is important for me since I'm not a fan of texting. Being able to make a phone call makes things so much easier for me.
