Losing my Corgi Maxi after 13.5 amazing years really broke my heart. He was with me through college, my first job, and two tough breakups. Maxi wasn’t just a dog, he was my best friend. The house felt so empty and quiet. I could still feel him around, and honestly, it was really hard. I took some time to grieve, then I felt ready to start looking again. I had no idea where to begin. A coworker told me about honestpet, and I’m really happy she did. It had been a long time since I had a puppy, and so much was different now. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I only knew I didn’t want to visit a pet store. I don’t like how they keep dogs in cages for everyone to see. Finding good breeders with nice puppies and support can be tricky. I’m really glad I chose to adopt through honestpet. When I asked about some puppies on their website, they were very kind. No pressure at all. Julie, the specialist who helped me, was very knowledgeable about breeds and helped me pick Charlie, my new pup. She even listened to me cry over Maxi and was really caring while I shared my favorite memories. They helped me get Charlie, who turned out to be the healing gift I didn’t expect. Before Charlie arrived, I got a detailed email with tips to get ready. I hadn’t trained a dog in years, so it was really useful. They also offer training help later on. Charlie came to my home with a nice man named Sam and a little bag of food. I got a text before he arrived. Nothing can replace Maxi, but Charlie brought happiness back to my life. I’m sure Maxi would have loved Charlie—they would have been great friends. Charlie is easy to train and just the right puppy for me. I’ve told my friends and neighbors about my good experience. I’m so grateful to Julie and the team for their kindness, patience, and care. They didn’t just help me find Charlie, the whole process helped me heal. Everything was simple and as they said, and they were nice and helpful the whole time. I probably bothered them a lot before Charlie came. Thank you very much.

Getting my new pet, Max, has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was nervous about getting a pet online, but HonestPet made the whole process so easy. I recently adopted a Cavapoo from HonestPet.com and the experience was really wonderful. I worked with Sadie and she was incredibly knowledgeable both before and after adoption. I had a lot of questions and she was happy to answer them all. I opted into the additional training for 2 weeks and I’m glad I did. Sansa came crate trained, potty trained and well behaved. It made it all the easier! I would recommend them to all friends and family. I’m likely going to buy a friend for my baby girl come the summer and will most definitely be purchasing from HonestPet.

I searched for months and most websites are confusing or try to make you buy too many extras. But HonestPet changed how I felt.
