Using Helix for my move was smooth, fast, and professional. Daniel and Ronaldo, my movers, worked hard and were polite. They packed my place very well and handled my stuff carefully. Everything arrived in great shape. The costs are reasonable with no surprises. I’d use them again for sure.

These guys were amazing

I recently had to move and, to be honest, I was all over the place with my planning. Things were pretty chaotic, and I was stressing out big time. But then Daniel and Elliott showed up, and these guys were amazing. They were super understanding about my lack of organization and didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. They just jumped right in, helping me sort through the mess. Their patience was something else, and they really took the edge off what could have been a nightmare of a day. By the end of it, I was settled into my new place, and it felt like a weight had been lifted. Can’t thank them enough for their help and understanding.

When it came to reassembling everything, they handled it like true pros. They were so professional throughout the entire process, which made the whole experience stress-free. Daniel and Carlos were amazing! They arrived right on time and made sure everything was packed perfectly. My pitbull adores people, and they were so kind to him, which really meant a lot. They didn’t just dump the furniture anywhere; they actually helped me set it up where it needed to go. This whole moving thing was way less stressful because of them. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I recently used this moving company and it was fantastic. They charged a fair price and kept me in the loop the whole time. Daniel and Axel were my movers, and these guys were awesome. They worked hard and didn't waste any time. Everything was done so professionally and on schedule. No complaints at all. I’d totally go with them again for any future moves.

So, imagine this. Movers hired

So, imagine this. Movers hired by U-Haul came to our luxury high-rise condo building and ended up hitting the sprinklers. It was a disaster—three floors got flooded, including 12 condos. It's going to take weeks to fix everything. We were given three contacts: Helix, Trevon Bard, and U-Box Arizona warehouse. Turns out, U-Box has been defunct since 2013 and the calls just loop back to U-Haul customer service. They keep passing us around departments until they hang up. Tried to get an adjustor out here, and U-Haul hung up again. Damages are nearly $300,000. Helix isn’t even registered properly, and now everyone’s suing—12 unit owners, the HOA, and their insurance companies. Total nightmare.
