These guys did a wonderful job!

These guys did a wonderful job! I moved from PA to VA. The price was exactly as they said, no surprises. Plus, it was much lower (almost half) than what another company quoted me. The woman in the office was very helpful and friendly on the phone. They wore masks, stayed professional, showed up when they said they would, and worked quickly. Everything was packed well, the delivery was on time, and nothing was damaged or lost. What else could you ask for from a moving company?

I’ll give these guys five stars.

I’ll give these guys five stars. The communication from the front office was really good. Scott kept track of everything from start to finish. The guys who did the packing were skilled and made sure all my things were packed well. The team that handled the delivery was also careful and polite. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

One of their rivals told me this place lowballs their prices on purpose, but I still went with them since the other quote was way too high for me. In the end, I paid more than $1,400 over what they said it would cost (close to 20% more). When I spoke up about it, the boss called, said sorry, and said he would check the list again and get back to me. He never called again. I had let them know in advance that my review would show my unhappines, so no suprise there. On the good side, the movers I got were really good, followed my directions, worked hard, and brought everything safe to my new place. Just wish they were with a buisness that was more honest.
