    Avoid this company at all costs!

    Avoid this company at all costs! I made a huge error by not checking the reviews before hiring them. They're a total fraud and they have the scam routine down pat. I hired them to transport my belongings from Minnesota to Idaho, and after 3.5 months and $3K for a tiny 5X7 storage unit, they finally delivered the items that weren't stolen. The remaining stuff was damaged by a low-quality service. We filmed the final delivery, and they only accepted cash while the delivery person kept dropping items. I called the police in KC, and they mentioned they frequently get complaints about these kinds of companies.

    This company is a total scam.

    This company is a total scam. Don't trust them for moving or storage. They don't even own a moving truck; instead, they hire other movers who charge extra fees. I had to dispute with my bank to get my deposit back and canceled my move. Avoid them and find a more trustworthy company.

    This company is scammers! I'm not sure they even got a moving truck. So many lies. I called, they gave me different stories each time. Don't trust them! Awful!

    Wow, what a nightmare! Decided

    Wow, what a nightmare! Decided to hire this broker to move my stuff from Minnesota to Idaho. Biggest mistake ever. After waiting for over 3 months and paying $3,000 for a tiny 5x7 storage unit, what showed up was a disaster. Half my things were missing, and the rest were wrecked. The crew that finally delivered was so unprofessional, only took cash, and kept dropping my stuff. We even recorded the whole mess. Had to get the police involved, and turns out they get complaints about these guys all the time. Seriously, avoid this company like the plague.

    Moving day was a mess.

    Moving day was a mess. They said unpacking and packing were included, even asked me a ton about it. But then, a day before, they hit me with, "Oh, actually, you didn't pay for that," and wanted to charge me hundreds more. Ended up canceling and lost my $600 deposit. Felt like a total scam. When you're moving, you need someone reliable. This wasn't it.
