I’ve been using this service for a 5GB Minecraft server over the last year for a small SMP with friends, and it’s been a good experience. The thing that stood out to me was their prices. They provide great rates and sufficient hardware, so the server has been consistently reliable and smooth. The owner and team have been friendly and helpful, though I must note that getting in touch with them can be a bit slow. Still, once they get to it, they resolve my issues quickly, and I’m always pleased with their support quality. In conclusion, I’m satisfied with Gravel Host’s services. If you choose their platform, I recommend joining their Discord as it’s easier to contact the staff that way.

Having only used Nitrado before, GH has been really good for my ASA servers. Everything feels quicker, even just starting or restarting the servers. The Game Panel seems aimed at more skilled server managers, but that works for me. Support was nice too! Jay and Zombiequeen got back to my ticket fast and were both very helpful. The only suggestions I have are maybe A) the chance to set up clustering ourselves a bit or B) a config button on servers to help set it up. And maybe a plan focused on more memory/RAM and less disk space for ASA? I would like to be able to take off some of the disk space in exchange for more RAM.

I've been using this host for several months, and I don’t understand all the negative feedback about the support team. My experiences have always been quick, and 9/10 times, they’ve solved my issues. The longest I waited for a reply was 4 hours, and everyone on the team was polite and did their best to assist me with my questions and problems. The pricing is also very affordable for a hosting service of this quality. Because of all this, I now have 2 servers with them and recommend Gravel to anyone looking for a good hosting provider.

My favorite hosting choice. After lots of Minecraft server hosting, gravel is always my go-to. It's super cheap & affordable, even for the premium stuff. Their customer support is always less than 10 minutes away, & the support folks are very friendly and interactive, always acting kind towards me. I can't understand why folks are unhappy, affordable hosting, 2 minute reply time, issue solved in 5 minutes, has many locations, very good! I manage a server with ~120 average players and it’s very smooth.
