This was such a awesome gift experience! I’ve loved hearing stories about the authentic Italian pastry shops that my parents enjoyed while growing up in New England. Goldbelly gave us a way to surprise them with their favorite pastries after they moved to a warmer climate. Everything arrived well-protected and fresh. Looking forward to many more food adventures!

I'm not sure where to start. I got an email saying my order would be late by a day, but it came right on time, though they used UPS instead of FedEx. The dinner for 2 from Commander's Palace I ordered for my husband's birthday was just amazing! This is our second time, and we'll definitely be ordering again!

I decided to give GoldBelly's food delivery service a shot, eager to savor Russ and Daughters' renowned Lox and Cream Cheese from New York. However, my enthusiasm quickly soured when my delivery, promised to reach Florida by Saturday, only made it two days later. To add insult to injury, the items were spoiled due to being left in a scorching truck for an extended period. Upon raising the issue with GoldBelly, they flatly denied any refund, despite being clearly at fault. What kind of business adopts such an approach? And why would R&D associate with them? It's evident that customer satisfaction and service quality aren't on their radar. Their proposed resolution was to refund only the lox and cream cheese while insisting on charging me for the rest of the order and a hefty $70 in shipping fees (for a delivery that was two days behind schedule)! Save your hard-earned money and steer clear of GoldBelly. RUSS & DAUGHTERS should seriously reconsider their association! Investigate the myriad of complaints circulating online about Gold Belly. They'll botch your order and leave you with disappointment, without a glimmer of hope for a refund. A letdown for Russ and Daughters, which is a gem in person but evidently not a reliable choice for delivery.
