Service was really good.
Shanaz replied to our quote request very fast. She kept answering quickly every time we reached out to Glass Railing Store, even after we paid. Glass Railing Store offers bigger panels than other companies. This made the project look cleaner, and saved money because we needed less hardware. Product quality seems very good.

Everything went well with the order but the delivery caused problems.
Everything went well with the order but the delivery caused problems. I had mentioned that sending to a small island might be hard but no one cared and we ended up paying an extra $700+ to get it to the site. Next time I will send it to Victoria and get a courier to bring it from there. Even if it costs more, at least we understand the process.
