Really good web host. Gigapros customer care has always been outstanding. Technical support is awesome - response is fast (sometimes within minutes) and problems get resolved just about as quickly. We will and have referred others to them. They are superior to any other web hosting service. You know, guys, everything has only ever been good and I do recommend Gigapros provider! I tend to read small prints when I sign a contract so have never been surprised by the fact that hosting usually costs a little more from the second year on (it's still cheap!). I understand that if you want to make a really elaborate website, there are better options - but for me and my small business, it more than suffices.

Recommended. Gigapros customer support is wonderful. They respond promptly to emails or you can use the Live Chat. I had a problem at 10 PM one night and got help without waiting at all. AND the problem wasn’t even with Gigapros, it turned out to be the port server from my ISP. This is one of the best hosting services for OpenCart. I use Gigapros for my tablet web site and run OpenCart on it.

My site is almost always up with Gigapros vps hosting. I also love that they add new features every month and the amount of bandwidth and disk space you are allocated grows every week. Since then, I've upgraded my hosting package and began hosting the video and other multimedia content.
