Ordered item and followed the package for 13 days while at the airport with the courier Amerex. When asked, Gasland said to just wait. Will not buy from them again.

They shipped me a propane gas water heater

They shipped me a propane gas water heater with poor packaging. When it got here, the box had a tear, and the drain plug was broken off. I tried calling but there's no way to speak to anyone. Only email responses. They offered to send a new drain plug, but didn’t care about other possible damage that could cause harm. Customer service is a nightmare. A company that only has one contact number, hides its corporate details, and communicates only by email is not trustworthy. Their website says returns are hassle-free within thirty days. That's a lie. After emailing back and forth seven times, they still haven’t given return instructions. Don’t buy from Gaslandchef!

I purchased 4 gasland on demand water

I purchased 4 gasland on demand water heaters a couple of months ago after seeing reviews on Youtube. I GOT FOOLED. The product is just plain bad and the customer service is not there. In the last two months, 2 shower heads have broke, 2 hoses have failed, and one of the ignitions on a heater keeps malfunctioning. When you finally get through to customer service, they are useless. I haven’t received any replacement parts for the broken items, and since I run a small retreat center, I couldn’t wait anymore and got replacement parts on AMAZON. Shame on you AMAZON for selling products that fail so often and where the customer service is nonexistent.

Stay away from this company. The customer service is non-existent, and it feels like a scam. I purchased a ragehood and asked about carbon filters. They told me they no longer make them and couldn’t give me any details on how to get them. After that, they just stopped responding.
