I just purchased a dining table and chairs. The wood table is really nice. I looked for genuine wood mid century modern tables, and I'm glad I discovered Memoky. The table is just what I wanted. The first table I picked wasn’t in stock, but their customer service agent reached out and offered me other similar choices. She even gave me her personal number for any questions and set up a personal delivery. I'm very pleased with my table and chairs (which are cozy!) and I look forward to shopping with them again.

Great experience from beginning to end! I bought two extra desks for my office, and they arrived and got set up sooner than expected. The desk quality was way better than I thought. They answered all my questions quickly before I bought and got the desks. I'll be back for more furniture for my house soon. It was nice doing business with Memoky!

I recently had a very good customer service experience with this company, and as an interior designer, I encounter many service people. Jacob was nice, professional, and addressed our concerns quickly. From my experience, problems will come up, but what counts is how a company handles them. Excited to work with Jacob and Memoky again.

I was very pleased with the quick response to the damage to my shipment. Memoky was professional and pleasant in fixing the issue; a replacement piece was sent promptly. I couldn't have been more satisfied by their response, and the quality of the wood and leather chair I ordered was excellent. I'll order from them again.

The item was good, and the support was even nicer. I bought it during the pandemic when the shop was closed. When I didn’t receive an email saying it was sent, I called, spoke to someone real, and they promised they would visit the shop and ship it by week’s end. They did. I received it. Good!

This store is fantastic. Exploring it is enjoyable, the furniture, lighting, and fixtures are high grade, and the staff is very nice and supportive. I often visit the site during my lunch break to check out the latest items and think about what I might get for my future home.

Amazin' customer service! I needed a bedframe fast, and they got back to me quick and helped with gettin' the shippin' sped up at no extra cost. Even rang to check in after delivery to make sure everything was alright. Very impress!

My order came on time, but it was damaged. The Customer Service at Memoky is really good. Jacob did a lot to get another sideboard quickly and make sure everything was okay. I can't say enough good things about how they handled it. I'd tell anyone looking for good furniture at a good price to check out Memoky.

I had a good time working with this company. Their customer service is pretty basic. If there's a delay or any problem, they pick up the phone fast, which isn't usual for furniture companies. I'll surely work with them again.

I bought an outdoor coffee table

I bought an outdoor coffee table and it came broken. It's from a great brand and looks nice, but it's made in Vietnam. The packaging was bad, so the table has a big chip. Finding this was stressful. Patricia Trotta was helpful and fixed everything. Thanks again, Patty!
