I will only choose Greenpan from now on.

I will only choose Greenpan from now on. The diamond nonstick is wonderful...the quality is great...I can't see why there are negative reviews...I've tried every kind of pan out there...Greenpan stands out. I have a few types of Greenpan...each one is brillaint.

    Pan's are awful.

Pan's are awful. Brought a big and little frying pan at big cost 'bout 4 months ago. Paid close attention to instructions for use. Everything sticks and cooks unevenly no matter how I use it. Rip off.

I bought several of your pans at Myers

I bought several of your pans at Myers, ranging from $130 to over $300 each. I spent around $1300 on pans. They are awful pans. Everything sticks to them so much that it ruins your food. For example, chicken or steak tears apart when you try to turn it over. The only thing that doesn't stick is water. I had to buy an $18 pan from Woolworths as a backup. I have no issues with their pan—it never sticks and is dishwasher-safe. If you claim your pans are high quality and non-stick, I would like to send these back to you not for a refund, but for you to try cooking with them to understand my frustration.

I bought these pans because of the lifetime warranty. They are already chipped and don’t seem durable. I tried to reach customer service but got no answer. The phone number is also broken. I would not suggest buying these pans.

    Greenpan is a game changer,

Greenpan is a game changer, seriously. That diamond nonstick surface? Unreal. I’ve gone through so many pans, but this one is just different. Can't wrap my head around the negative reviews. I’ve got a bunch of their pans now, and every single one is top-notch. Cooking’s become a whole new experience for me. Greenpan’s quality just stands out, and I can’t see myself using anything else anymore. It’s like they’ve set a new standard or something. Every meal’s a joy to cook.

    I’ve got this little egg

I’ve got this little egg pan, the green one with a grey outside. Been using it forever, it’s just awesome. I don’t know about the newer versions or the bigger ones, but this small ceramic one works perfectly for me. It heats up evenly, and nothing sticks to it. Cleaning is a breeze too. I’m really happy with how durable it’s been. If you’re looking for something reliable for cooking eggs or small meals, this pan is definitely worth it.

    I got this fancy 11-piece

I got this fancy 11-piece cookware set, and at first, the 26cm pan was a dream. But after just a few weeks, it started acting up—eggs sticking all over the place. Kinda frustrating, especially considering the price tag. We followed the care instructions to a tee, hoping this premium set would hold up better. It's not like we're rough with them or anything. You expect a bit more longevity when you’re shelling out for supposedly "quality" pots and pans, right? Now I'm left wondering if I should've gone for something less expensive but more reliable. It's a bummer when you think you’re investing in top-notch stuff and it doesn’t deliver as promised.

    I took my shiny new

I took my shiny new dishwasher for a spin, only to find ugly stains on the stainless steel rim before even using it. Reaching out to customer service was like talking to a wall. They told me to contact Myer, which wasn't much help. When I asked for real advice, Morgan at customer service got my name wrong and said they couldn't figure out if the stains were their fault or mine. Super frustrating! To top it off, I stumbled upon a Guardian article questioning their "100% non-toxic" claims, mentioning lead found by independent tests. Makes you wonder, right? Wish I'd seen that before. This might be my first and last buy from them.

I picked up a Stanley Tucci

I picked up a Stanley Tucci deep fry pan, and it’s been nothing but trouble. I'm using an induction range and noticed the pan doesn’t fully work with it. Tried the magnet test, and yep, parts of the pan aren’t even magnetic. Heating takes forever, and it just doesn't stay hot. My Hexclad pans do a way better job, heating up quickly and staying hot. This Stanley Tucci pan is just disappointing. I was really looking forward to using it, but it's pretty useless with my setup. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’ve got an induction stove. Definitely not worth the hassle.

    I've had my pots and

I've had my pots and pans for about 3 years now, always washed them by hand, never in the dishwasher. Over time, the nonstick coating started to wear off, and now I can see the aluminum underneath. It's kind of frustrating because I thought they would last longer. If you’re considering new cookware, I’d recommend spending a bit more on a heavy-bottomed stainless steel set from a well-known brand. It might be a bit pricey upfront, but at least you won’t have to replace them so soon. $400 for just three years of use just isn't worth it in my opinion.

    I've been using the Greenpan

I've been using the Greenpan Elite 8-in-1 slow cooker for about 5 months now, but I'm already seeing issues. The enamel on the insert is chipping in four places even though I've only used it around ten times. It's really frustrating because it looks bad and I worry it might be unsafe. When I reached out to the company, they refused to replace the insert. I expected better quality and customer service for the price I paid. Now I'm stuck with a slow cooker that's just going to keep getting worse. Not happy at all with this purchase.

    I picked up two pans

I picked up two pans from NZ Farmers, one wok and a 26-inch fry pan, for about $80 each. They were black, and honestly, I can't recall if they had any fancy names. Bought them in December 2023, and by March 2024, they were already useless. I was super careful – always cooled them before cleaning, never used metal utensils, and always had separators in the cupboard. Yet, the non-stick surface just didn't last. The pans came with just a cardboard wrap and instructions printed inside, which was pretty minimal. They claimed to be dishwasher safe and okay with everyday dishwashing brushes, just not metal ones. But the customer support later told me the pans should only be used on low to medium heat, and not to use olive oil or butter, only vegetable or canola oil. Plus, cleaning should be done with a melamine sponge or cloth, which totally contradicted the packaging. When I reached out to customer support, they acknowledged the lack of proper instructions. It seems now they’ve updated their packaging to include these care guidelines. Meanwhile, my $25 supermarket frying pan is still going strong after two years. Go figure.

    I am beyond frustrated with

I am beyond frustrated with this pan! I followed every single direction to the letter, warmed the stove, cooked on low to medium heat, and even hand washed it in warm soapy water. It still tarnished after one use. I went back and forth with their customer service through 12 emails, and their warranty is completely useless. They finally agreed to replace it but told me the replacement might not match my existing set. And get this – they won’t accept exchanges after delivering the replacement. So basically, once they send the new pan, they're washing their hands of the whole thing. And to top it all off, the replacement pan isn't covered under warranty. Total waste of time and money!

    So, I bought this pricey

So, I bought this pricey set of pans, and let me tell you, not worth it. The smallest frying pan had this noticeable scratch right out of the box. Tried to get some help from the company, but they were absolutely no help. They just brushed me off, saying it’s nothing. Well, that “nothing” has turned into a bigger problem because the scratch has grown. And cleaning these pans? Nightmare. Any butter or grease leaves this stubborn brown stain that’s impossible to scrub off. I’ve tried everything, even the little magic eraser thing they included. Plus, I can’t even leave a review on their site, which makes me even more suspicious. Honestly, I’d save your money and look elsewhere.

    We finally decided to replace

We finally decided to replace our old cookware and invested in what we thought was top-notch non-stick, safe cookware. We bought a set of three frying pans, two stock pots, and even got the cloth separators and a knife block. But boy, were we disappointed. Despite following all the usage instructions, the non-stick coating started failing within just a couple of months. And then we noticed chips in the enamel. It's been two years now, and we've had to toss out most of the pans because they're no longer safe to use. If you're considering this brand, I'd strongly suggest doing some more research and maybe looking elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble.

    Bought these fancy greenpans for

Bought these fancy greenpans for over £300 to replace my old ones I had for more than 15 years. They looked great with their pretty color and wooden handles, but the disappointment came quick. The black coating inside started peeling off almost immediately. Worse, the handles keep coming loose, making them a safety risk. And don’t get me started on the “non-stick” coating – it’s probably been ingested by my whole family at this point. I’m so frustrated that such a beautiful-looking product could be so poorly made. Seriously, does no company care about quality anymore? Now I’m on the lookout for vintage cookware that actually lasts.

    I picked up a frying

I picked up a frying pan from this brand and boy, was it a letdown. I’ve always been careful with my cookware, but this one just didn’t hold up. The non-stick layer started wearing off pretty quickly, which has never happened with other brands I’ve tried. But the real kicker? The customer service. When I reached out for help, they didn’t want to hear it. Instead of understanding my problem, they just brushed me off and made it feel like it was my fault. No offer to fix things, no sympathy. It’s one thing to have a bad product, but it’s another to have such poor customer service. I’m steering clear of them and suggest you do too.

    I got the Bobby Flay

I got the Bobby Flay Stainless Steel cookware set and was pretty excited, but things went downhill fast. After just one use, the pans already showed damage. I reached out to customer service, thinking they'd help, but they said there was nothing they could do. Super frustrating, right? You'd expect better for something that's supposed to be high quality. Honestly, the support and quality have really gone down. I used to trust this brand, but now, not so much. It's disappointing to say, but I can't recommend the Greenpan cookware line anymore. If you want something reliable and durable, I'd definitely look somewhere else.

    I was super excited to

I was super excited to get a stainless contact grill from Greenpan NZ. Ordered it, got a tracking number from Melbourne, and thought all was good. Next day, boom, order canceled! They kept sending me the same useless tracking number and random enquiry numbers that led nowhere. Tried calling them, but their phone lines were always dead. I even emailed every Greenpan address I could find, including their parent company, The Cookware Company. No response. No grill. Nothing. Finally, I had to file a dispute. What a nightmare! This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

    Bought these pans in November,

Bought these pans in November, they were amazing for crepes. Fast forward five months, they’re not so great. We use them daily, always on low to medium/low heat, just like they say. Clean them gently, store them carefully. But now they’ve got this weird layer. They claim it’s “burnt on” from high heat, but we never crank up the heat. It’s just food residue from cooking at low temps. Super frustrating that these pans aren’t living up to the non-stick hype. Thought Green Pans were supposed to be safe and non-toxic, but they’re letting me down big time. Feels like finding a good non-stick pan set is impossible.

    I picked up these Green

I picked up these Green Pan ceramic pans with high hopes. But after around five months, things started going downhill. They began to discolor and burn stuff way too easily. Cleaning became a nightmare, always needing baking soda, vinegar, and a non-abrasive pad. Then, one of the pans even cracked. When I reached out to Green Pan, they were no help at all. In fact, their customer service was pretty rude and unhelpful. Really disappointed. I thought I was investing in quality, but it turned out to be a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend these pans to anyone looking for something durable and reliable.

    Bought these pans after seeing

Bought these pans after seeing them on TV and gotta say, huge mistake. My old German pans weren't non-stick but at least they lasted. These ones? Not so much. Just a few months in and the non-stick coating is already peeling off the milk pan rim and I barely use it! The wooden handles on the utensils are also pretty shoddy. I’m not a professional chef, but I cook a lot and these just don't hold up. Feels like other bad reviews were spot on, definitely not competitor sabotage. Gonna donate these and look for something better, maybe British or European. Save yourself the headache and skip these pans.

    I ordered a slow cooker

I ordered a slow cooker and guess what? It showed up missing a fan, so it was basically useless. I thought, "No biggie, I'll just contact customer service." Well, that was a mistake. They’ve spent a whole week just "escalating" my issue, whatever that means. I was hoping for a quick fix, but their only solution was to send it back—and I’d have to pay for shipping. Seriously? That’s not how you treat customers. It feels like they just don't care. If you're thinking about buying from this company, maybe think twice. Total disaster

My partner and I grabbed some green pans from Costco last year, after seeing great reviews on Consumer Reports. But right from the get-go, everything started sticking. Cooking eggs was a nightmare; we had to scrub with a magic eraser every single time. We reached out to the green pan company asking for a refund, but no luck. They only wanted to give us a replacement pan, and we had to send them a ton of paperwork and pictures of the messed-up pan. Finally, we returned the whole set to Costco and got our money back. Seriously, steer clear of these pans. Total disaster.

Emailed them for a return authorization, but they either ignored me or told me they don't accept exchanges and to follow the return policy. Not worth the hassle

We decided to splurge on a new set of pans when we redid the kitchen, hoping it would be worth it. But just after 6 months, one of the pans became ridiculously sticky, unusable really. Eventually, all the pans from the set started acting up, so we stopped using them altogether. Tried to reach out to the company, since they were supposed to be under warranty. I picked up a 10-piece Padova cookware set, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. You'd think a set would have all the same stuff, right? But nope, mine came with just one saucepan instead of two. It’s like they’re selling you a puzzle with missing pieces. When I reached out to get it sorted, they just wouldn’t budge. Just awful! I wouldn't waste a penny on this pan set unless you enjoy burnt dinners and endless scrubbing. I spent £300 on these pans, and now they’re useless. No matter what tips I followed—different oils, low heat, proper cleaning—everything sticks and burns. And customer service? Totally unhelpful, blaming me for using them wrong.
