I ordered an Anolon roaster
I ordered an Anolon roaster pan from California, but it turned out to be way too heavy for me to lift. The box was never even opened. I started a return ticket 7 days ago, and they promised someone would contact me within 3 business days. No one ever did. Why do they need a return ticket anyway? Other companies just give you a return label and off you go. After seeing all the one-star reviews on BBB and other sites about Anolon's poor communication, I got worried. I've been sending emails back to their auto-reply, but still no response. Today, I sent five HELP requests hoping to finally get a reply. The 30-day return policy is useless if they don’t respond.
