This is my first stainless steel pan. I’m moving away from nonstick ones, and after learning how to heat it right, I’m really enjoying the pan. I even showed my husband how to use it, and we cook eggs on it almost every day. It seems like it will last a long time, and it’s quite hevy too.

I didn't know this was a straining pan until I got it but that only makes this better. I adore my Anolon pots. My only concern is the packaging - the box was so big I thought I had accidentally received a whole cookware set!

Anolon was a disappointment.

Anolon was a disappointment. My new skillet came defective, not round! Couldn't replace it despite trying. Their phone number just loops back to their website! Emails also gave the same number but no reply! Earlier, my warranty claim got rejected, no response when questioned. DON'T buy from them!

I ordered an Anolon roaster

I ordered an Anolon roaster pan from California, but it turned out to be way too heavy for me to lift. The box was never even opened. I started a return ticket 7 days ago, and they promised someone would contact me within 3 business days. No one ever did. Why do they need a return ticket anyway? Other companies just give you a return label and off you go. After seeing all the one-star reviews on BBB and other sites about Anolon's poor communication, I got worried. I've been sending emails back to their auto-reply, but still no response. Today, I sent five HELP requests hoping to finally get a reply. The 30-day return policy is useless if they don’t respond. Check out the complaints on BBB and Pissed Customer – there are lots!

I had a couple of run-ins with Anolon that left me pretty frustrated. Bought a replacement skillet recently, and it came all wonky, like not even round. Tried reaching out, but their customer service is a joke. The phone number they give just loops you back to their terrible website, and emails? Forget it, they never reply. Before that, had a warranty issue with them. They rejected my claim outright and didn't even bother explaining why. It's like they don't care at all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Anolon to anyone. Total waste of time and money.
