This companny was absolutely great to work with.
This companny was absolutely great to work with. They did all the paperwork for me. All I had to do was show the house and then bring them my offer. It was very easy and I would highly recommend them to anybody trying to sell a house right now. All the people in the office were super friendly and always happy and willing to answer any questions that I had.

I found setting up with FSBO.com to be remarkably easy, but I encountered issues during the handoff to the broker they assigned for the MLS listing. Despite having paid the full fee to FSBO.com for my service plan, the broker insisted on having my credit card information before listing my property, likening it to hotel incidental charges. I disagreed with this approach, as I believe credit card details should only be provided when making additional purchases, not just in case. Fortunately, FSBO.com did refund my charge after I raised my concerns. However, potential users should be aware of this practice.

We worked with them for a few weeks
We worked with them for a few weeks, and all we got were calls from other agents pretending to have buyers. They just wanted to become our listing agent. If they can't bring in real leads in a strong market, they can't help you sell your home.

They are help is poor. Only fake leads from agents wanting your listing, not real buyers. Their ability to sell your house is doubtful in a good market.
