    I've ordered from them

I've ordered from them before and it's always been smooth. I forgot my 20% off coupon this time. I contacted customer service and Warren kindly fixed it, giving me a refund for the discount. Good service!

The company's ordering process was simple and smooth.

The company's ordering process was simple and smooth. While I initially intended to order from a different company, I ended up choosing this one due to its prominent placement in paid search results. The delivery was satisfactory, albeit through FedEx, which wasn't prominently advertised. This might affect the perception of gift deliveries for some customers. Nonetheless, the strawberries were large and delicious, and the packaging remained cold. Additionally, receiving two reusable gel cold packs was a nice bonus.

I ordered a basket for my sis for Mother's.

I ordered a basket for my sis for Mother's. She loves fruit and chocolate. It looked nice online. But when it came, the chocolate melted. They left it in the hot sun in South Florida without cover. It got spoiled. Next time, they should protect it better from the heat.

    Don't Bother

I've used Fruit Bouquets through my Wolferman's Celebration subscription twice, a year apart. Both bouquets were for a friends who had operations (one for cancer), so they were "get well" arrangements. The first arrangement was delivered properly but looked nothing like the photo. The second arrangement was delivered without the balloon we ordered, in a broken box with a "Happy Birthday" card and the wrong names on it. If you could see this card, it looked like a scribble on the back of a napkin. After spending an hour in chat with 1) the chatbot, 2) a Wolferman's rep then finally 3) a fruit bouquet rep, I had to ask for a full refund over and over again. I finally got it. Wolferman's and all subsequent sister companies have lost me as a customer.

    Terrible.

Terrible. They told the sender they tried to deliver on Thursday, but I was here. On Friday afternoon, I got a photo from Door Dash showing it was left on my porch. I wasn’t around and had to get someone to pick it up from the sun. Half the fruit was gone, and what was there was wilting and past its prime. Really, you had my number for the photo! Why didn’t you call when you said you tried on Thursday?

In short, FruitBouquets failed to deliver my order.

In short, FruitBouquets failed to deliver my order. Getting in touch with them was very hard, and I only spoke to a customer rep in Asia. They did refund my money eventually, but they never explained why my daughter’s birthday gift was not sent. There was no responsibility taken at all.
