This company is great
This company is great. Their building is nice and they have amazing staff. I went to an event there, it was perfect with a nice bat and a big room. It's close to Knightsbridge Station, so it's in a good location. The canapés were delicious. The upstairs is good for special occasions and events.

Order from MLN all the time.
Order from MLN all the time. They always send fast to Fairbanks Alaska and every package was good. One time UPS caused a delay and it got canceled but thats just how it goes. We got reimbersed for it. MLN is the place I always use for my seafood things.

I ordered 4 times, lobsters and cherrystone clams for family. Lobsters were small, not big as requested. Some orders missed unit numbers. Clams were great, but 2 were crushed.

Delivery was fine. The product was cold but seemed alright. Complaints need to be filed within 4 hours of delivery. What if you are at work? Also, prices are quite high.

I thought my order would come "overnight"
I thought my order would come "overnight" as they say, but it got delayed. I contacted them and they said they can't promise overnight. Why say it then? Overnight means you get it next day. I saw the label said 8lbs, but in FedEx's hands in delay mode, it changed to 10 lbs. Maybe they didn't put right weight on label and caused delay. They said all orders have shipping protection, but I've emailed many times for refund. I'll be contacting my credit card company to protest charge.

This company's customer service is terrible
This company's customer service is terrible. Don't trust them. When my lobster arrived, it wasn't properly chilled with dry ice. They don't care about complaints and just send coupons to make you buy more low-quality seafood. Don't bother with them; it's not worth your time or money.
