I’ve been wanting to switch to a vegan diet

I’ve been wanting to switch to a vegan diet, so this service is great. Fresh, organic, gluten-free, and tasty! This week, the ice packs were cold on arrival but not frozen. I’m sure the food is okay, but I hope the packs will be frozen next time.

Fresh foods are great!

Fresh foods are great! All the plastic containers & packaging, though useful, are too much to deal with when busy with 6-8 kiddos. Also the container can't be popped in air fryer oven real quick if preferred. It's very difficult to find a good food service that checks all the boxes. Overall your service is good. It could be great! Cauliflower tortillas were fantastic heated in air fryer with veggies!! Unique, healthy, yumilicious, impressions leaving foods along with better sauce/ food ratio & more eco friendly containers will set you apart :) I personally look for flavorful, eco friendly, low sodium options with vegan/pescatarian foods. So far my fave food service is local to me, in Union City CA area....Cook Unity. Keep up the good work! Don't let the critics get you down. I appreciated the personal touch of hand written card...beautiful touch :) Thank you!

Last week we started eating veggie meals. We mostly liked the food. It's gonna be a change for us. We're excited to try more new foods for a better diet. Some meals took longer to prepare than we thought. But most tasted good.

While the meals were delicious, there's a recurring issue with the accuracy of my orders. Despite specifying my preferences, I received two meals I didn't choose and none of the selections I had requested two of. This has been a recurring problem over the last few months, prompting me to pause my subscription temporarily. While the taste is commendable, the consistency in fulfilling orders needs improvement before I can confidently continue with my subscription.

The company disappointed me with persistent shipping issues resulting in a spoiled meal and a messy box. No reimbursement for the damaged items. Customer service provided mere apologies without addressing the problem. At $20 per meal, it's excessively pricey, especially considering the affordability of vegan cooking over a meat-based diet. The overall experience left me dissatisfied with the value for money.
