I purchased the Static Blocks module to replace

I purchased the Static Blocks module to replace a different one that didn’t work with my new PS8 template (and had poor subscription support). The module did what I needed and I easily recreated my custom texts, as well as added new ones. I ran into a small issue with the block conditions and reached out about it. I don’t have FTP on either our dev or live sites, so I thought it might cause a problem for the support team. I was a bit worried when I didn’t hear back for almost a week. But, they eventually replied with an updated version of the module to try, and it resolved the issue. Would recommend with no hesitation!

I had a really frustrating

I had a really frustrating experience with this service. After the installation, my site was a mess and I ended up losing a whole day's worth of orders. It wasn’t about the module not working, but more about them not checking if it was compatible with my theme and other modules. They missed something obvious like the duplicate connection link on mobile. And when I asked to add postal code and telephone fields, they added it in a completely wrong place. I had to hire another developer to fix things. The module just didn’t work well with my setup, so I had to remove it. I’m now asking for a refund.
