Victor, the suport person, was always sure of himself

Victor, the suport person, was always sure of himself when helping us with our Frontier flight tickets. He even made sure we were checked in before handing over the boarding passes! Even when I kept worrying and asking over and over about when I would get them, he stayed patient and kept helping. I am giving 4 stars, not 5, only because the wait for the passes made me nervous. But later I found out it wasn't Victor or his company’s fault, it was the airline’s. I would ask for Victor’s help again, for sure.

Thanks Simon for your assistance. I got my e-ticket confirmation 4 hours before the flight. I bought my ticket 5 days before the flight and started to get anxious becuase I had to wait until the day before the flight to get my e-ticket. At first, I was unsure after reading some bad reviews, but in the end, they delivered. Thanks again Vaalian and Simon!

Spent a chunk of my day sorting out my family's journey back home due to initial confusion with the return flight. Initially booked a flight, then received a notification stating otherwise. Thankfully, managed to reach Victor, who handled the rebooking and straightened things out for me.
