    I revisited my assessment

After initially giving Fidelity a 1-star rating due to a single frustrating interaction, I revisited my assessment. Despite the hiccup, Fidelity still stands out as the top choice for me after comparing with other online companies. While I can't ignore the specific problem, I want to emphasize that my overall experience with Fidelity has been positive, making it my preferred option.

Trying to chat with them on their website is like trying to scrub your teeth with sidewalk chalk. They hardly answer your questions and might abruptly end the chat with some excuse like "have a meeting." Twice I've reached out and both times they acted like I was bothering them. Meanwhile, on Reddit, their bots and cheerleaders swarm anyone who posts about them. Check out Fidelity's Reddit page – it's like a warzone with lots of people fighting against the original poster.

Fidelity has been a real letdown.

Fidelity has been a real letdown. Whenever I call, I get conflicting information. I've been trying to cash out my 403b for a week. Had to drive 30 miles to open a PO Box. Then told I needed a form saying I'm not married (don't own a printer). Last rep said my old job didn't give a separation date. Wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

It started off okay, but then things took a turn. We faced unexpected challenges after 5 years with Fidelity. If your balance drops, service declines. Many investors found MonixLim better for profits. Be cautious with Fidelity; check reviews.
