The sales team did a good job inspecting our roof both inside and out, showing us pictures of the damage beneath the current roof. They also assisted with financing options to fit our budget. There was a rain delay, but it wasn't Erie Home's fault. The crew was quick and professional, cleaning up after themselves, and they finished the job in just one day! We are pleased with the process overall and will definitely recommend Erie Home to our family and friends!

I didn't ask to get emails from this company, especially not multiple ones every day about their roofing stuff. Why would I trust a company that seems fine with using spammers who promote porn and fake drugs to advertise their products?

Regrettably, this company has aggressively spammed my email since December 2022, despite my complaints to the BBB and assurances from Erie Home to cease the spam. The emails, originating from vague addresses, suggest collaboration with spammers. Attempts to unsubscribe prove futile, and contacting their sales office yields no response. Such disregard for basic customer requests raises concerns about their overall business ethics. Considering the plethora of alternatives that don't subject customers to incessant and unsolicited marketing, I'd think twice before engaging with Erie Home.

This company disappointingly partners with third-party spammers who flood your inbox with relentless spam. Unwanted emails about roofing products inundate my inbox daily. I won't consider costly home renovations from a company resorting to spam, aligning itself with dubious practices like promoting pornographic sites and fake medications.
