I bougt a manual for my Logan, but after downloading it, I discovered that many sections were missing. I reached out to their customer support, and after waiting for 25 minutes, a somewhat disinterested representative asked for my exact model and VIN. I provided the information, and his response was, "we've only have what we sent you." It was a total letdown. To make matters worse, they refused to offer any refunds, even though the manual I downloaded was utterly useless. They've certainly lost a customer, and I hope others take heed. Spending around $30, especially in my currency, is a significant sum. To add insult to injury, I found a free manual in French (a language I don't speak), which had far more content. Just for comparison, the free manual had 2240 pages, while the one I purchased from eManual Online had only 350-370 pages in its PDFs. My advice: don't pay them and search the web for better alternatives.
