Effecty makes getting my medication very simple. The doctors are good at asking the right questions when necessary. Shipping is usually quick, though during warmer months, the ice packs tend to leak.

I received the wrong order for Semagutide
I received the wrong order for Semagutide while I was already on Trizepatide. I was informed that the order had already been shipped, so I couldn’t get a refund for the mistake. It would be useful to have a customer service contact number where someone can help resolve these issues before shipments are sent out. Being able to speak with a real person might help catch errors and avoid unnecessary stress and costs for customers.

I was generally satisfied with Effecty, but recently, they raised their price from $395 (which wasn't the lowest price available) to $495. I had thought all shipments would remain at the same price.
