He worked hard to find a good flight and rate for us. After a few discussions, we finally chose a flight, and he immediately blocked the tickets and sent the itenary. It’s worth mentioning that due to the tense situation in India, flights were hard to find, but Kartik took his time and extra effort to make sure my ticket was booked and confirmed. Unfortunately, my wife’s plan was canceled, so we didn’t go ahead with the booking.
