I started using D'Oxyva about a year ago, and I’m really happy with how things have gone. I had been telling a friend about the aches in my legs and just feeling tired all the time. He suggested D'Oxyva, so I decided to try the Serious Health Set. I felt results pretty fast, and I became a regular customer. Now, I can work out longer without as much pain and I have more energy throughout the day. D'Oxyva is not only a really cool futuristic health tool, but their customer service is also solid. Before ordering, I had a lot of doubts, but a D'Oxyva representitive named John B. helped me out a lot. Keep it up guys!

The plastic piece that holds the water broke, and I asked how to get a replacement but didn’t hear anything back. This happened just a few weeks into using the system again. The first time, I figured out I should use it twice daily, but by then, I was already about ten days in. I didn’t notice any changes in spider veins, so I ordered two more boxes of cartridges, but then two weeks later, it started leaking. So I haven’t been able to use it consistantly enough to tell if it works for spider veins.

The first impression was positive, and I decided to buy the product. However, trying to get in touch with someone from the company has not been successful. I've called, sent messages, and even tried the contact bots, but nothing has worked! They provide a number to call, but every time I reach out, I get a voicemail saying they missed my call and to leave a message. Still, no one has responded back!!!

I have been waiting for products I paid for since September 2022.

I have been waiting for products I paid for since September 2022. I trusted their explanations about shipping issues. I spent $590, and so far, I’ve only gotten one box of 25 ampules. Today, I realized that most of my messages, whether by text, email, or phone, were probably answered by automated systems. I’m cancelling the auto billing and will try to get a refund.

I waited 3 months for the $525 item to come. It's impossible to reach anyone. Any response you get is from an automated system. The site is still running and collecting money from people who need assistance for their serious health issues. Disgrace on them!

It's been 9 months, and still no product like they said. They don't even bother with robotic replies anymore. This company realy needs some accountability.
