Don't trust this company. Really sketchy...they advertise a discount but don't mention it's a subscription, and you get charged four times more without any heads-up. Then they won't give your money back. Looks like this is their plan based on all the complaints here.

It’s strange that my bank doesn’t see any record of the refund, and when you ask for proof, they just say they’ll get back to you and insist it was refunded, but it won’t show up on your statement. This isn’t how it should be. I suggest disputing the charges with your bank quickly. It’s not worth the trouble with their bad customer service, poor Engrish, and confusing replies.

The quality of the product is sub-standard it looks like they have taken the videos from some other source and then dubbed sound that doesn't match. The lessons are crap as well. But mostly the auto subscribe function means they can keep taking money out and if you think you can cancel the subscription, think again! The only way you can cancel is to send an email to them which they don't respond to, then when you try to charge back, it gets denied because the seller didn't send an email confirming cancellation. Stay well clear of these scammers!

This company is definitely not trustworthy. I signed up for a cheap trial offer and was okay with that. The content was poor, and I stopped using it after just one session. Three months later, they charged £79.99 to my account. I asked for a refund three times but was told I didn’t meet the refund requirements. Since I paid through PayPal, I filed a dispute, and they sided with me, so I got my money back immediately. They are dishonest scammers. Avoid them at all costs.

Avoid Doggie-plan.com. It's a total rip-off if you don't want to waste your money. I couldn't even get into their site. First, they took $9.99 on 5-3-24, then charged another $19.99 the same day. Why charge $19.99 again in the same month? They then took $49.99 on June 8, 2024, and another $49.99 on July 15, 2024. I've asked several times for my money back. Today's my last chance for them to sort this out. I keep getting the same reply but no refund.

This is a rip-off. From the beginning, it's not clear that you're signing up for a subscription instead of a single training course. I followed the cancellation steps and emailed them in July. They still took my money for August, September, and October. I reached out again today and mentioned legal action. That got their attention, and I saved a screen shot of the cancellation confirmation. We will see if they really stop billing me or not.

Horrible customer service. You have to email an account that is barely monitored to request a refund that isn't "valid" until they confirm with you. How can they charge you without giving any details on how to access the program? I was expecting what I paid for but ended up with nothing. This service is a complete scam.

This kind of thing happens often, using your details to steal. How low can people go? I will get my money back as this is clear theft.

I share the same thoughts as others - they do not give your money back. They reply fast to say they won't refund unless VERY special rules apply. After you send your cash - make sure to cancel, as they will give you NO notice to say your renewal is coming up - they will just take your cash.
