    The website claimed 2-day shipping

The website claimed 2-day shipping, but it's been 4 days since I ordered, and all that's been done is the creation of a shipping label. I tried reaching management, but they said everyone was busy. Now, 4 days later, I’m told it’ll take another 6 days to receive my order. I still haven’t gotten an explanation for the delay. I’m also waiting for the promised call back.

I bought a set of remanufactured

I bought a set of remanufactured front calipers for my Ford Focus. Unfortunately, one caliper had the brake line ports threads stripped, and the pistons were different materials—one steel and the other phenolic. There were several other issues as well. I really wish I could share the photos of these defective parts.

I do not recommend working with this company.

I do not recommend working with this company. They sent me two wrong steering racks for my car, both looked similar but were for different years. I lost both time and money getting these parts installed, and now my car has been stuck in the shop for months. Here’s how it all went: I ordered the first rack three months ago, but it was incorrect. They made me pay another deposit for a second one. The deposit was nearly the same price as the first, but guess what—the second one was wrong too. Now they say they can’t refund the original part because it was ordered so long ago! The most annoying part? They keep promising a manager will call me back, but it never happens. It seems like the calls go to a call center where no one knows anything about my issue. I’ve been stuck with wrong parts for months, and no one at the company seems to care. The most concerning part is these parts are vital to car safety, and if they’re installed wrong, it could be dangerous. I can’t believe a company that sells such important parts is so careless and unprofessional. If you value your time, money, and safety, stay away from them.

I wouldn't recommend buying from Detroit Axle.

I wouldn't recommend buying from Detroit Axle. The parts are poor quality, customer service is just okay, and the cancellation process is a hassle. You'll probably end up paying more than you should. Less than a year after putting on their wheel hub bearings, my front end started making noise again. When I took them out, I saw the bearings were already failing. Their website is not easy to use, whether for placing an order or canceling. I tried to cancel an order for rotors within 24 hours—it was nighttime, though—but they still sent the product and charged me a restocking fee when I returned it. On top of that, I also bought a rack and pinion from them, which broke within three months. Luckily, I swapped it out before it caused any bigger problems. I won't ever use a Detroit Axle part on my car again, no matter how much of a discount they offer. It's just not worth the risk.

I ordered a brake kit and even though I gave

I ordered a brake kit and even though I gave the correct vehicle details, I received the wrong parts. The company won’t help me fix the issue since I didn’t return them in time. I recommend getting your parts from a local auto parts shop that will make sure you get the correct parts or at least fix any mistakes.
