Easy plan, smooth booking
Creating the plan took a few clicks and the welcome pack explained cover plainly. The booking system offered morning or afternoon slots, and reminders arrived by text. No learning curve really. Our first service was on time and the boiler now sounds happier.

Solid cover when boiler failed
Signed up online and booked the annual service via the portal. When the boiler failed later, the call line answered quickly and scheduled a same-day visit. Engineer explained what was covered and what was not. Fixed the fault neatly. Small excess fee, fairly communicated.
