    Very smart furnture expert.

    Very smart furnture expert. Looked over the full suite and didn’t spot any problems. Went through all bolts and springs and made sure they were tight. Really carefull.

    She stayed more than 3 & a half hours in the evening to finish a hard job. Really happy. Excelent service.

    Nobody called me about the booking or asked what the problem

    Nobody called me about the booking or asked what the problem was before someone showed up, which might have helped avoid delays or needing to book again. Maybe the fault was with the first company that set up Castelan. Still, I kind of expected they’d reach out, check what the problem was, and send the engineer with some possible parts, just in case testing was needed. Good thing my problem got fixed without any parts or second visit, but I would’ve been quite upset if parts were needed and they had to come again, since the issue in my case was prety obvious. The engineer who came though, did a great job – really can’t fault him. He was on time, talked clearly and was very respectful.
