The customer service is always fast to reply and help with any billing problems or bad readings. There are some good psychics on this site who are worth the price, while others clearly don't know what they're doing, so you should ask for your time back.

I like California Psychics. I don’t

I like California Psychics. I don’t like many psychics that have no schedule or hours. It makes it almost impossible to talk with a certain psychic when you want to. Everyone else in most workforces has designated working hours, so why not your psychics? Then many are “Available,” but if you call, don’t answer because they’re on “chat” and don’t take calls, even though it says they’re available. You now have too many obstacles that prevent a customer from talking to the psychic they want to when they want to. If stores had no designated hours, how would anyone ever know when they’re open for shopping, and the same applies here. You are pleasing your psychics with no set working hours, rather than considering your customers and the customer needs to come first!

Hegarty Maths was hands down the best math platform I ever used

Hegarty Maths was hands down the best math platform I ever used. I wish I hadn't had to switch in my math class because I understood everything and was on track for a 7, but Sparx didn't quite live up to it. It's clear that Hegarty Maths should make a return to the mainstream educational environment.

Some psychics are overpriced and dont deliver great service. The highest price doesn't always mean the best experience. They should work on better screening. Chatting doesn't give the same level of connection.
