I got a VIP coupon code for 15% off my next purchase. I planned to buy 5 shirts, all new, and none of them were on sale. Unfortunately, the coupon code didn't work. I reached out to support, and they told me the coupon had expired, even though I used it less than a day after receiving it. However, the support team offered to refund me 15% of the order total back to my card if I went ahead with the purchase. They were really helpful and I was happy with their response.

Buttercloth creates some of the most comfortable shirts I've ever worn. If you haven’t tried one yet, you should really consider it. The shirts are great quality. I also have to mention the customer service, which was really helpful. I had a small request about my delivery, and they were quick to reply, helping me with everything I needed. The only downside is, once you try one of their shirts, you might want more. But overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

Never got my shirt. I ordered one with enough time for it to arrive. UPS tracking said it was out for delivery and then later that it was "delivered." I got several packages yesterday but not the one from Buttercloth. I reached out to customer service and was told that UPS often marks items as "delivered" even if they aren't, hoping they'll show up later. I waited until 8pm but no delivery came. When I let the company know, they said that because I didn't buy "shipping protection" for an extra $5, they'd need to file a claim, which could take 2+ weeks. I decided not to wait and won't be buying from them again.

Bad delivery.

Bad delivery. Customer service was bad and very rude. For a costly shirt, I'd expect more help with delivery problems. Didn't get it. Unless you can wait two weeks for a shirt.. probably not for you. Also, discount codes advertised were missing. When I found a code, it wasn’t the right amount and only worked for one shirt. The place is a jocke.

I ordered this shirt from Buttercloth, thinking I had plenty of time before I needed it. Got a tracking number from UPS saying it was on its way. Later, another update said it was "delivered." I got some packages that day, but nothing from Buttercloth. I was frustrated and told them to forget it; I'm not buying from them again.
