    I use BuddyBoss Theme, Platform Pro, and App to create a mentoring app for students. After finding the old version of our app on Bubble.io too limited, I decided to rebuild it on WordPress with BuddyBoss. BuddyBoss has many features that would have been tough and costly to add in the old app, but they are already part of the BuddyBoss platform. For a much lower price, I am able to offer more to my users. I’ve reached out to customer support often for help with setup or fixing issues like push notifications, and they always reply quickly and clearly. The product’s value is much higher than the cost. I’m eager to see how it does with more users, but so far, I’m very happy with it and it’s helped our organization solve many problems we faced while developing the product.

    The Buddyboss theme,

    The Buddyboss theme, Platform and App are well enginered, good quality, and easy to use solutions. Their support is always good, very helpful and fast to respond in the rare event that they are needed (and most often for issues that were not even caused by their software). I highly recommend any BuddyBoss product. Our company has been using them for the last three or four years. We're very satisfied.

    I've been using their services for a while now and I've noticed a significant improvement in their support. Before, it used to take forever for them to respond and help me with my queries but now they're super quick and efficient.

    I wasn't sure if the tech team could help with my issue because it was quite specific to my site, but they quickly took it on and did a great job! It's nice to know I can rely on them for fast responses and their skilled team.

    Bottom line: it all worked out in the end.

    Bottom line: it all worked out in the end. BuddyBoss doesn't support viewing PDF documents (or anything except text), so you have to come up with a solution to make that work. I tried but didn't quite get it right. Salib was understanding and realized my approach was off. After making the needed changes, we now have PDFs opening in a new window, allowing users to see the entire document, not just the first page.

    Overall quite nice.

    Overall quite nice. The interface can be a bit puzzling, but after you get used to it, you can handle most tasks. The support is quite solid, even though there's no phone help. They not only guide you on what to do but also provide the necessary code and instructions for installation. It looks like they regularly update based on feedback too.

    My experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. Utilizing their services led to an influx of membership-related issues on my site, resulting in a prolonged downtime of 5 days attributed to a theme code problem. The communication between the company and Beaver Builder was unproductive, with conflicting claims about who was responsible for the issue. Eventually, it became apparent that Beaver Builder had to intervene and fix BuddyBoss's code to restore functionality to my site. This incident has made me reevaluate my preference for a customized LMS system, as the struggle with theme and plugin compatibility became a significant concern after 5 years of use. Furthermore, attempting to address my grievances with the support team proved futile, as the provided email for the complaint department turned out to be non-functional. As my site remains unresolved on the 6th day since it went down, the overall experience with this platform has been nothing short of a headache, potentially causing significant financial losses. I would caution others against investing in this company unless they are prepared for such challenges and inconveniences.

    You really need to have the

    You really need to have the "skills" to deal with BuddyBoss Support, because if you give up, you will not get your issue resolved and they will just close your ticket as resolved even if it's not. When I say skills, it's like pre-handling objections in sales. You need to have the skills to pre-handle excuses and gaslighting from BuddyBoss support.
