I find using it to be mentally challenging and even exciting at times. I am 80 and retired for many years but still read extensively both fiction and nonfiction and enjoy using AI to test ideas and look for curated reading recommendations. One disappointment is that although I am bilingual in English/Japanese and although this tool can understand/respond in Japanese the data that it can access and process is very, very limited in Japanese.
