It was ok over all..

Some folks maybe expect too much.. Still, I feel like they need to fix a few things with their service but in the end I was kinda happy how it all went. Giving it 4 stars this time. I got boots from The Lilly hanger like two weeks ago and it's still not sent. Also, I keep geting an ERROR on both Storenvy pages when trying to reach out.

Wasn't that bad tbh.. I think a few people might overreact.. However their service does require some upgrades here and there then overall I was pretty satisfied how things turned out. Four stars for now.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! They took my money. Then when I asked for a refund they canceled the pending charge. Then two weeks later, I get a call from a phone number that appears to be my bank. They spoofed my bank's phone number and tried to act like I had a fraud charge pending on my account and they tried to get into my bank account. I hung up on the scammer and called my bank who confirmed it was a scam. I 100000% have reason to believe this all originated from BringMeThat.

Don't trust this site.

Don't trust this site. They sneak in a monthly fee by hiding a tiny checked box in the small print. When you click to remove it, it says “Order not placed,” then when you try again, that little box is ticked again. I ended up paying twice for one order. I emailed them asking why I was billed 2 times, and no one wrote back. BE CAREFUL THIS ISN’T A REAL COMPANNY. WARNING!

Bring me that is not as useful as it claims. They only call in your order, which is something I can do myself. Also, they don’t check if the restaurants they list are good, so it feels like a waste of time. Seriously, if you can’t bother to do the work yourself, don’t expect others to do it for you! Don’t waste your time with them.

This company is a scam. I placed an order and they charged me the $9.99 fee, a tip, and the cost of my food. However, they didn't actually pay for my food, so I had to pay for it again. It's really disappointing. I've reported them to the BBB.

Ordered food from a restaurant exclusively available through this company. Despite avoiding the "premium subscription" option, they still charged me and claimed I signed up. Despite my protests and cancellation, they refused a refund, offering instead a 30-day free delivery deal. I clearly unchecked the box, verified restaurant availability, and demanded a refund, but they terminated the chat. Resorting to a bank stop-payment, it's disheartening to encounter online services that seemingly scam users. Such poor treatment raises doubts about their viability in gaining customer loyalty. The associated restaurant's additional fee adds to the dissatisfaction, discouraging any future patronage.

I searched for a local restaurant I've been to many times. There was an option to order online, but I couldn’t find their website, so I thought I had to use the online option. The menu looked right, so I entered my credit card details. When I arrived at the restaurant and told them I had ordered online, they said they don’t offer online ordering, but someone else had the same problem last week. I checked my bank account, and sure enough, I was charged $46 for a $20 meal. Now, I had to place a new order and pay at the restaurant, plus I have to dispute the charge. I searched "Bring Me That" and found more complaints. How does Google let this happen without the restaurant knowing?

What a complete RIP-OFF!

I ordered food from a great place, and the restaurant had no clue about this company! The meal was only $19, but when I went to pay, it wasn't my visa that was charged, it was a MC! They take the credit card details, add a $5 fee, and then use their card to pay. I called my card company and found out there was a pending charge of $37!!! The lady at the restaurant was so confused. She said they don't do online orders. What a horrible scam to pull on people! I hope this company and all the heartless people there get what they deserve!

I used this service to place an order for pickup at a nearby restaurant. The menu looked complete, so I ordered 5 dishes. My husband went to pick up the order but only got 3 items. When I called the restaurant, they said they don’t work with any ordering apps and the missing items aren’t available anymore. My confirmation said $53, but my bank charged me $119. I reported fraud to my bank and filed a complaint with BringMeThat. The bank said it was fine, and the food service took over a month to get back to me. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

My credit card was billed an extra $65 more than the total cost. There’s no phone number to reach this company, and emails I sent never got a reply.

I ain't connected with any restaurants you might think they are. The local spot I frequent warned me straight up not to mess with them anymore 'cause they got no ties with them whatsoever. It's a small town, you know, so they're speaking from firsthand knowledge. I'm honestly shocked they can operate like this.

Fake service. Not connected to the pizza place I wanted to order from. They sent an email saying $4.99, but they charged over $16 instead. I quickly blocked my card.
