I had a good conversation with the person about how the program works, the places to pick from, and the benefits I can look forward to with Booksi. They allowed me to pay for future trips, which is really helpful. For my first trip, I picked a place I could drive to, so I didn’t need to worry about the cost of flying. San Diego is just a few hours away, and with an extra night, we can enjoy a deep sea fishing trip, which is something my son and I really enjoy. We can also check out SeaWorld or just relax at the local beaches and explore the historic downtown. I live on a fixed income due to my disability, and my daughter works in the veterinary field, so she makes decent money. Our next trip will be a further destination where we can experience something new. Hotels are usually the biggest cost when traveling, but with Booksi, our trips are much more affordable, allowing us to visit places we might not usually be able to. I can’t wait to see how everything turns out and the kind of accommodations we’ll be able to enjoy. I’m looking forward to traveling as much as I can, making memories with my kids who are 23 and 16. Thanks, Booksi, for making travel easier and more affordable in the future!

I wasn't happy about needing to call within 15 minutes to finalize the booking. After thinking it over, I've decided to cancel. I wasn't keen on attending a 2-hour sales pitch, especially with the pressure to buy a timeshare. So, I'll pass on this one. Thanks anyway.

I booked a trip to Gatlinburg and made the payment

I booked a trip to Gatlinburg and made the payment, but when I tried to call the number they provided to confirm, I couldn't get through. Every time they answered with "Good evening!" the call dropped. I tried both my cell phone and computer, using Google Voice, but nothing worked. It looks like the issue might be on their side. I'm not sure if the booking went through or not, so I'll wait for an email or a call from them to clarify.

Buyer Beware

This is not a business that I would recommend. The "deals" aren't real and the advertised costs don't include the hidden costs on the back end. I booked for NYC but I could have gotten similar accommodations for a better price without having to endure a sales pitch. On the upside, the booking agents are very nice. I plan to share my experience as many times as possible because I want others to be forewarned.

Complaints

Why are there so many complaints on this site. But non on the better business bureau? After booking I've been told to pay another $429.00 for resort fees and taxes. Should this paid at the end of your stay?
