    Pure BAtie and Switch SCAM!

SCAM. First, They do not disclose that it is a time share cooperation when you are on the Booksi site, they take your information and your bank number, then and only then send you to the "reservation number" for the final confirmation of your dates, which turns out to be Monster Properties, a time-share company.. OK. Then, it also turns out they have zero availability at any of the pretty picture places until June although we were looking for February and had clearly written those dates. They charged my bank without confirming any reservation and we are not able to get them to refund! I've tried several times and the phone is hung up on each time. SCAM Run AWAY. DO NOT USE BOOKSI. SCAM! I now have my bank's fraud dept engaged and will also write the state Corporation Commission. I thought they were like Expedia or Travel Zoo or any other consolidator. Don't be another fool! SCAM.

    Scammers

I bought the $299 deal for the Krystal Grand Resort in Cabo San Lucas in February 2024 with an 18 month booking window. Decided to take the trip for February 2025 so called to make the reservation and was told it would be an additional $288 in fees!! I was not happy about this and told the agent that there was nothing in their ads about any additional fees and that by not disclosing this upfront I wanted my money refunded. I have been emailing back and forth for the last 3 days with them and I’m still no closer to a resolution. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Bait and switch with no refund

Their ad said 5 days for two in Cabo San Lucas all inclusive meals drinks for $300 18 months to travel I paid the $300 and when I went to make the reservations they said oh you didn't read the fine print you have to pay another $500 I would never have made the reservation if I knew it was going to be $800 I asked for a refund they said sorry only in the first 72 hours it was a big bait and switch now two years later they keep calling and calling even though I told him please stop you already stole my $300

    1 star is outrageously generous

Booksi takes advantage of the known variable of booking vacations via your phone. The built in “conditions” to a package are a SCAM - or rather bait and switch when they first - charge your card without any solid confirmation of date or place -and then you later find out - the vastly discounted rates are conditional upon sitting through a TIME SHARE presentation. My time is worth more than this. Zero resolution upon 2 phone calls with with Booksi/Monster travel. Terrible. Jeff Olson

    Regrettably, my experience with Booksi

Regrettably, my experience with Booksi has been disappointing. Despite booking a package, I faced a perplexing situation with zero availability for over two years, contrary to the ample rooms at the known hotel. Attempting to contact Customer Support proved futile, adding to the frustration. This raises serious concerns about the reliability and transparency of their services.

Hello there, on Black Friday, I made reservations

Hello there, on Black Friday, I made reservations for two vacations through Booski – one for a 4-night stay in New York City and another for 5 nights in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, totaling $576.77. However, upon selecting dates and contacting Booski, they requested an additional $571.14. Is this standard practice, or are these hidden fees? I'm puzzled and seeking clarification.

    A complete scam

Booked a vacay that I never used due to illness. When I contacted them I was told I still had 8 months to take the vacay. They then wanted more money from me. I refused and requested a full refund. A clown by the name of David gave me his direct email and when I wouldn't book another vacay he stopped communication with me. Do not book with them a total rip off...

    Booksi's marketing is misleading,

Booksi's marketing is misleading, concealing mandatory timeshare presentations and undisclosed charges. Opting for Illiki at Waikiki led to disappointment as it wasn't available, redirecting us to a Wyndham/Ramada property with an obligatory timeshare pitch. The imposition of this requirement was deceptively obscured in the booking process.

    Total scam

Complete scam. I booked online and it said I had to call for confirmation. They told me there were no dates available whatsoever. Then tried to sell me on some time shares. Total scam. Was on the phone with them for over a half hour trying to get a refund. Still did not receive it.

    Misinformation

This company sells 18 month vacation certificates that they cannot fulfill. I purchased a trip to new York. I called to confirm dates and they were sold out. How are you sold out for 18 months? They kept trying to offer me other places to visit. Thumbs down!

    SCAM company with fake reviews

Almost ALL of the 5 star reviews here are fake, probably written by AI on made up accounts. One giveaway is that they were all posted in May, June and July of this year. No doubt in a desperate attempt to improve their terrible image. Do NOT use Booksi.

    Horrendous company

This is a horrendous company and we are currently having to deal with their bad business practices because they refuse to give us our money back. Don't use them. We are having to report them to the BBB.

    Scared a disabled veteran

I called and told them a purchase was made fraudulently with my veteran information. They said that's sad and gave me back only a hundred dollars. Wow. Scammed a disabled veteran.
