We booked with TBC for our flights from America to South Korea. When our travel date came, our first flight was delayed 4 hours due to bad weather. This made us miss our connecting flight to Incheon. George was able to quickly find a suitable replacement flight to get us where we needed to be. (He even did better than the airline's version - an extra 38 hr in yhe air vs 12 hr in yhe air). While we lost 1 day because our tickets were converted from Transpacific to Transatlantic, this just confirms I will use TBC for all future international travel bookings. Because of their quick thinking, and insurance on our tickets, our stressful day was less stressful because of them. And the airline kept trying to send us to Hong Kong because of a day trip we booked on a whim when our main travel was South Korea...

This was my first experience with a discounted business class service. I usually book my tickets directly with the airline. I did some research on Travel Business Class as a travel agency and everything I found seemed legit. I decided to purchase a $5000 airline ticket and I’m happy I made that choice. My travel agent, Samuel Mortiz, was great and I will definitely be using his services again. In fact, my family and extended family will also rely on him for their international travels. Samuel was knowledgeable, polite, honest and respectful.

I shared my travel needs for Australia, and he found me a flight at a good price, letting me also visit New Zealand and Fiji for what a usual round-trip to Australia would cost. I had a WONDERFUL vacation, and even though there was a hiccup with the Hong Kong/Sydney flight, Cathay Pacific handled it well, providing me with a hotel booking for the night at the HK airport.
